1. Navigate to your office link
2. Click "Connexion"
3. Click the "Search Clients..." field.
4. Type your client name
5. Click the eye icon to get into your client file.
6. Click "Policy"
7. Select your name from the drop list
8. I choose my name
9. Click the product you are selling, car, motorcycle, home etc.
10. I choose automobile
11. Click the "Policy" field.
12. Enter your policy number
13. Click the "Insurer" field.
14. Type the insurer name. This field is interactive, so if I type "int" it will show my a list
15. I was looking for Intact, so now I choose it from the drop list.
16. Click the field Contract start.
17. Select the date when the contract start
18. Click "OK"
19. Click the "price before tax" field
20. Please input the price at which you sold the policy before taxes.
21. Please choose the number of days for which you'd like the system to generate your tasks for your next year's renewal.
22. I select 45 days
23. You can add office fee or insurance fee if you have some.
24. Simply enter the fee you desire, and the system will generate the invoice accordingly.
25. If you wish to generate a proof of insurance immediately after completing the policy, please ensure to tick the box labeled: "Would you like to generate auto insurance proof?"
26. If your office provides a commission program, make sure to select it; otherwise, you won't be able to complete your policy creation.
